Q: What are your opening hours?
A: In normal times, the bar is open every day from 4pm with live music from 9pm until midnight (5pm – 8pm on Sundays). The music times have been changing with the various COVID-19 restrictions. Currently, live music begins at 7.30pm and runs until around 10.30pm (Sundays are still 5pm – 8pm).
Q: How much is admission?
A: Admission is generally £10 although this is subject to occasional change depending on who is playing.
Q: How do I find out who’s playing?
A: Visit our What’s On page, where you can find an interactive calendar.
Q. How do I reserve a table?
A. Call us on 020 8858 3693 or email olivier@oliversjazzbar.com to make a table reservation. Be sure to include your full name and the number of people that you would like to book for.
Q. Do I need to purchase a substantial meal in order to buy alcoholic drinks, due to the Tier 2 restrictions?
No. Once you have purchased a ticket for the music (but only in this instance) you are able to buy alcoholic drinks without needing to purchase food.
Q. Do you serve food?
A. Unfortunately we do not serve food. However, we are happy for you to bring in food that you have purchased elsewhere!
Q. I’m a musician – How do I book a gig?
A. Send a video or recordings with a brief band description to oliver@oliversjazzbar.com to be considered for a gig.
Q: Will the virtual jazz club (used for the London Jazz Festival 2020 online gigs) continue to operate.
A: This is highly likely, but not happening currently. Watch this space!
