Q: What are your opening hours?

A: we’re open every day from 4pm to at least 11:30. Friday and Sat 2:00am* (on the rare occasion we close early, It would be due to terrible weather)

Q: When is the Live music?

A: Typically from 9:00pm until at least 11:30pm with a short break in between. sundays begin at 7:30pm

Q: Can I just come for a drink?

A: YES. We have 3 spaces and a great menu, If you just want to soak up the atmosphere. Live room, Bar area and The Lounge

Q: How much is admission?

A: Entry is typically £10 – £15, depending on the night and who’s playing.  concession is £5 off for students and those joining the jams on weekdays only

Q. How do I reserve a table?

A. Use our RSVP box on the homepage below the calendar or call us on 020 8858 3693

Be sure to include your name, event date and the number of people attending. All reservations are surrendered after 9.15pm you must arrive on time (or call) to secure your table.

Q: Do I need to book in advance?

A: For the music, Yes. We recommend this for weekend events especially.  Walk-ins are welcome. Some nights get busy, arriving early is a good idea.

Q: What happens if I don’t reserve a table for the live music?

A: You may happen to land on the waiting list or catch a vibe in our lounge room. We move forward on the list at 9:20pm and possibly during the break 10:30pm

Some people travel long distances and may not be able to stay for the second set.

Q: How do I find out who’s playing?

A: Visit our What’s On page, where you can find an interactive calendar.

Q. Do you serve food?

A. No food menu, sorry. But we’ve got a few bar snacks if you need something small.

feel free to bring your own food too – there are plenty of great spots nearby, and you’re welcome to enjoy it here with our drinks.

Q: when is the secret karaoke night?

A: Shhhhh! friday – saturday from midnight till closing time. (only if the vibe is right)

Q. I’m a musician – How do I book a gig?

A. Send a video or recordings with a brief band description to oliver@oliversjazzbar.com to be considered for a gig.

Another great way to get involved is by participating in some of our weekly jam nights, meet some of our residential cats

Q: Will the virtual jazz club (used for the London Jazz Festival 2020 online gigs) continue to operate. 

A: This is a possibility but not happening currently. Watch this space!
